About
As a Personal Trainer, I immediately erase the excuse of I don't have a gym or I don't like going to the gym. I will bring the gym to you. I specialize in kettlebell training and circuit style boxing training. My workouts are designed to create a metabolic burn throughout your day.
I've been training since 2012, I developed a passion for encouraging others on those days when you don't feel like working out.
I'm a Level III Certified Personal Trainer through W.I.T.S. and have received several other training certifications throughout my tenure as a trainer.

I love seeing the intensity given back to me from my clients. I'm always communicating with my clients while training and I love the feeling of knowing we are grinding and that progress is coming from our workouts.
I personally know your body is asking you, "What are you doing?, Stop!". To know that you are ignoring that and pushing through keeps me motivated.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price is $40 per hour. That will consist of a warm-up, a 25-30 minute workout designed to ignite your metabolism, a workout finisher (5-10 Minutes) to top it off, followed by a cool down and stretch.
How did you get started teaching?
I attended GTCC on the weekends to receive my W.I.T.S. certification because I knew I was good at communicating and motivating people to do more. I have always been involved with fitness so I decided to put the puzzle together.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've trained 10-year-old kids on traveling sports teams, I hold boot camps on the weekend for adults ranging from ages 25-50 and I train clients well into there 60's. When it comes to metabolic conditioning, your body is all I really want and need to create blood flow to boost your metabolism.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client in her 60's that took a break from training with me simply because she had knee surgery due to age. After awhile her girlfriends and doctor told her she needed to call me back to get back in the groove because they knew she had lost her mojo. When she called and told me that, it inspired me even more.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
As teachers, we want you to enjoy meeting up with us to workout. Afterward, we want you to walk away thankful that we are on your weekly schedule.
