Rocky Mountain Music Company -
28 years in North Carolina.
Guitar Lessons for all ages...
Striving for “Excellence”... with the guitar & education in North Carolina for over 28 years (it has truly been great and fulfilling). Michael & Rachel Christian believe that “Excellence” in guitars equals = excellence in the Community and helping the young students – learn to learn & the adults remembering how to do something new. The Music Company has taught guitar privately and in public schools (started with a Department of Defense contract serving the United States Air Force).
Rocky Mountain Music Company has taught several thousand students, teaching each student to “Strive for Excellence”. Michael knew - the idea of “striving for excellence” with guitar was working when the Base #1 Commander Officer asked him to start a program on an Air Force Base; the staff knew the guitar program was helping the moral of the Air Force members. Christian was put in charge of the base program at all levels, he reported directly to the Base Commander. The Program was a success helping troops deal with their problems & playing guitar at a higher level. This program “Striving for Excellence” Program has been documented in Department of Defense reports, as a successful program for the Military individuals, children, non-military students & – retirees.
The Guitar lesson Program has grown with Rachel Christian as a Certified Teacher working at the High School level. Rachel is the Lead Coordinator of the Female students in the program, where she directs all curriculums, helps the young ladies get ready for college, and all requirements associated with their musical development. Michael Is the Operations Manager of the company, in charge of the Boys and Male adults (he also runs the Sundance Stable Operation - 7 days a week).
We will try our best to teach the children to succeed & teach the other musicians how to play, so they can play in public and succeed. To sign up for guitar lessons call 828.428.2551 (Michael Christian)
I have done this work my whole working Career. I work for the same music company - this was my 1st job. I respect the community & give it my all.
