About
Hi! I am Chrissy Dunavan, and I have been teaching private lessons (piano and voice) for 26 years. In addition to maintaining my own studio, I have been a Music Specialist/Choral Director/Handbell Director for Kindergarten through 12th grade, and I have been Director of Music Ministries in various churches since 1989. I LOVE sharing the gift of music with all ages! Each lesson will include technique, theory (sometimes in game form), lesson book, and student's - choice music.
For those folks needing to prepare for a voice audition, I am happy to guide you through this process, while we work together to make your auditions the very best!
There may be some folks, college Music Majors and AP Music Theory students, who may need tutoring in Theory and/or Ear Training (Musicianship). Let's set up some sessions, so you can continue with your music learning.
No matter what you need musically, I will customize each lesson, based on your learning styles and your goals. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
