
-Since 2013 we have offered a variety of online classes and customized curriculum for music students in a variety of styles and skill sets. These include music classes, private lessons on guitar, piano, bass, vocals, as well as ensemble work and other forms of musical coaching and mentorship. We have experienced teachers who have published numerous books and created online resources including instructional videos. As lead instructor I have passed the current music praxis tests and have held certification in music ed K-12 (in NC). I hold a Masters in guitar performance and studied at Berklee College of Music. I have led many ensembles and taught at the college level since 1992.
I have led professional rock, jazz, and pop bands, orchestras, concert band, marching band, choirs, pit orchestras, string groups, worship bands, guitar ensembles, and performed with the North Carolina Symphony, North Carolina Theater, North Carolina Jazz Repertoire Orchestra, the Gilford College Orchestra, the Peoria Pops Orhcestra, several university jazz faculty bands, the Tom Marko band, the Ira Wiggins Quintet; and perofrmed with or opened for Ingred Jenson, Branford Marsalis, Kansas, the Neville Brothers, James Taylor, Maceo Parker, Little Feet, Stanley Turrentine, Israel Houghton, Amy Grant, Marvin Sapp, Jason Grey, Mike Stern, and many others.

I played guitar in the Performance Edge pit orchestra with a pro ensemble that I had arranged the charts for- included 4 horns and rhythm section. We accompanied a video taping of a college vocal ensemble.
