About

I'm Thurman Lucas, the owner and founder of Port City Conservatory of Music. Our studio is very welcoming to all individuals of all stages of development in their musical journey. We offer training in voice, piano, violin, viola, guitar, saxophone, ukulele, conducting, cello and percussion. We have a beautiful studio with each instructor having their own individual studio. Our services are professional, each teacher is proficient and affordably priced for the entire family.

There is nothing more fulfilling than to see students of all ages advance in their study. We are all about building self esteem and having an "I can do it attitude."

The PCCM offers several learning options at affordable rates. Facilities are very clean, with nice instruments and good privacy for lessons. Owner Thurman Lucas has been friendly, well organized, and great with communications. Our assigned instructor Joanna is pleasant and very patient with our teen-age beginning piano student. We are very happy to have found them!
