I guess I’m just really work oriented. I’ve been playing music my whole life. It’s the first thing I can remember the thing that always sticks with me is how much it means to people. I expect a lot out of my students and I expect a lot out of myself. I want my students to learn a song quick of their choice because I believe that that first song that they choose tells me a lot about them and it helps me devise a plan of action when it comes to the theory side of music and how I’m able to keep that fun for them and not for them to tears with mathematical elements and I will always stress for them to look outside the box when it comes to guitar because my favorite guitarists were inspired by other instruments and I think that helps them to create their own style
