Hey, Aspiring Musicians!!

If you've ever wondered how you can not only learn songs on your own but also create your own music.......then you're going to freak over the tools and techniques that you'll learn with me!  From learning your first chords & scales to music theory and everything in between I'm ready to give you the tools to succeed.

I teach Electric & Acoustic Guitar as well as Ukelele.

My journey began in my early teens and I'm still playing in bands and performing live on a regular basis.  I studied under multiple extremely talented instructors through the Berklee College of Music Online and earned a Professional Certificate in Rock Guitar.  Being a student of the instrument is something that I strongly believe in and I really enjoy passing along my knowledge of Rock, Pop, Metal, Blues, and Country in a way that is easy to understand.

I love music, teaching and am fascinated with the guitar.  Seeing my students progress and gain more confidence after every lesson is a great thing!

I started taking lessons with Brad as an intermediate guitar player. Brad has opened up my eyes to music theory, individual notes on the fretboard, and how those notes make chords, such as triads, three note chords etc Also knows practice drills, solos, blues rifts, scales, really whatever you are looking for. Brad knows his stuff and is a cool guy who is fun to talk to. Highly recommended

I've been playing guitar for a little over a year. Brad is teaching me how to play in a way that makes sense and I'm having fun with it now. He's encouraging and I want to practice the lesson material more now than I did with my previous instructor.

I (Dad) bought a ukulele for my 7-year-old daughter and scheduled lessons with Brad to learn how to play. Brad made the instrument easy and fun for her, and she's excited to play.

Brad is the perfect teacher for our 7yo son who wants to be a rock star when he grows up. His lessons are simple enough for a kid to understand (and remember), but encourages growth through consistent practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Talk with them about their goals and any prior musical experience to get an idea of where they need to begin with my curriculum.
