My teaching approach:

Having taght over 15,000 guitar lessons, I find that my teaching approach will generally be tailored to each individual students needs. For beginners we will use tabs to get an initial feel for classic riffs, scales etc., and method books. For more advanced we go over improv. techniques, chord solos etc. I use a 1954 Gibson VOS black beauty, Fender Strat + Victoria amp for gigs with bands.
