Amazed by the way you can change and improve people's lives and minds through music. Enjoy the unique learning process of each of my students, encouraging them to improve themselves everyday.
I've been teaching saxophone and vocals for about 7 years. Enjoy every episode and every student I've had. Love the different learning process, different perspectives, and approaching to music that each one had let witness and work with.
Study 5 years music performance with saxophone as a primary instrument. Have experienced with early childhood introduction to music and cognitive skills initiation through music.
Looking forward to meet more amazing students and start the beautiful journey of the music.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Identify the new student goals, spectations, and level of commitment with the lessons.
Identify and create a program based on their music espectations, learning process and music experience.
Help them to study on the times off lessons, trying to avoid frustration on this periods of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Francisco José de Caldas Distric University in Bogotá, Colombia. Got experience working with early childhood (ages 2-5) with Batuta Meta Foundation, Colombia. Teaching music initiation with the babies and their parents.
How did you get started teaching?
During my first year at University, got into a course with the Batuta Meta Foundation directed to initiate music to early ages and special needs kids. After the course we were hired by the Foundation to teach the parents and the kids. Loved the work we did at the time and decided that I wanted to teach more.
What types of students have you worked with?
From 2yo babies to 50yo Adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To look for someone that can understand your needs and spectations. That you can feel comfortable with and you can trust your process. Give all the information about your music process, experience or goals to the person you wanna hire, so they can have a bigger picture of what they'll be working with.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Would I commit with the after class's work in order to improved my learning process?
