Founded in 1905, Greenwich House Music School (GHMS) is a not-for-profit community-based institution in the heart of New York, offering high-quality, affordable music education to students of all ages. GHMS provides a range of private lessons, group classes, and ensembles, specializing in piano, strings, guitar, voice, drums, harp, woodwinds and brass. In addition to music, they offer early education classes in art, ballet, and theater. The school is also a renowned concert venue and provides affordable rehearsal space for local musicians.
