I am an internationally recognized expert in training singers in all vocal styles (Musical Theatre, Commercial Styles and Classical) and an active professional singer. I have performed in the many of the world's most prestigious theatres and concert halls. I am co-founder of the Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy Institute and am also on faculty at Shenandoah University. I was a Master Teacher for the National Association of Teachers of Singing Intern Program. My students can be heard on Grammy Recordings, in Movies, on/off Broadway, National and International Tours, Regional Theatre, TV (including The Voice and American Idol, Kidz Star USA). I have presented at the Voice Foundation Symposium, NATS National Conferences, Pan-American Vocology Association, the Southeastern Theatre Conference, Mid-Atlantic NATS, Northwester NATS, and universities throughout the United States. Many of my performances have been broadcast internationally on radio and TV, recorded by Decca and Koch. I have been standby for Broadway stars Patti LuPone, Elaine Paige and Linda Lavin.
The greatest joy for me is working with someone who loves to sing and guide them on thier journey of discovering their vocal potential. Nothing moves me more in voice lessons than the moment when a student overcomes his/her obstacles and everything clicks.
