Melani Marston Piano, Guitar, And Drum Lessons

I have a BA and MA in Music Education. I have been teaching private lessons for 3 years. I focus on ear training and building technical skills so that my students can learn new music independently. If you’re interested playing Christian Contemporary, Gospel, or Pop music in a band, I’m the instructor for you. This course that I developed is currently in its First Session. Session II will begin in the Fall.

I teach an accelerated 10-week course for beginner to intermediate musicians. It is designed for youth wanting to join a church band/worship team or those who want to start a band and have low to no experience on their instrument. If this doesn’t describe your intentions, modifications can be made for you and your group. You would only have to commit to one lesson a week (for 10 weeks) + daily independent practice. At the end of the 10-week course, all students will rehearse together and perform together in a showcase. You can always sign up for another 10-week course if you enjoy learning with me at this pace.
