My passion is Developing Fitness Programs that will help you build healthy habits and a healthier, stronger, more Resilient You both body and mind.
I have over 20+yrs experience in the fitness health and wellness industry. And have helped many people rehabilitation an injury, develop strong muscles to reduce risk of falling, increase bone density, reduce stress, be more mindful, more mobility, increase range of motion, better circulation, feel good and look better. Reduce the risk of health diseases and get in shape, the right way.
I am 20yrs Certified Personal Trainer/ Pilates and Breathwork Trainer. Pilates Mat.
