I have been playing the violin for over 30 years and am passionate about music. My passion is to help musicians connect with music, and their instrument in a way that is meaningful to them.
Originally from Scotland, I also play a lot of Scottish and Irish music and can teach that in addition to more traditional types of music. The basics start with scales, and simple tunes and then I lead up to more advanced music for musicians to pass their music exams.
I hold the highest grade of practical musicianship from the London Royal Academy of Music.
