Beginner And Intermediate Violin Lessons Made Fun!
About
Hi there! I'm a violin teacher with over 10 years of playing experience and some teaching experience as well. My current students range from ages 6-14, and have improved so much in the time I've been working with them. I am the current concertmaster of my local youth orchestra as well as my high school orchestra, have performed in prestigious halls such as the Kimmel Center and Carnegie Hall, and have had lessons from Philadelphia Orchestra members. I have experience in chamber and orchestra groups, as well as playing solo. Being in high school gives me an advantage with my students, especially younger ones, as I can relate to posture and playing related issues more and can remember vividly what I was doing when I was learning to play and can make lessons and practice fun and not seem like a chore. I would love to improve your playing, don't hesitate to reach out!
I love seeing the reaction of students when they notice their progression and become more confident. I also enjoy sharing my love of music for others to enjoy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I would first get to know them. What are their goals, what do they want to improve on, what do they enjoy doing inside and outside of music? With that general understanding, I can create lessons and schedules for them based on their interests and playing level.
