What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A quick Q and A to see what their fitness goal is and then have a session that will incorporate exercises to move towards their goal. Then talk afterwards about the session to see how they felt and get feedback for future sessions to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a personal trainer in Equinox for a year and made my clients outside from 2018 to present time. I have been body building for more than 10 years and have have many trainers myself and coaches to teach me what is effective and what is not due to the Individual. I also work at a Muay Thai gym and took boxing classes for more than 4 years and had school fights to help build my martial arts skills.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For personal training it would depend on what specific training from Muay Thai, boxing, Bodum, etc. For semi-private rates it varies depending on what training it is.
How did you get started teaching?
By teaching my friend what I learned, and when they had an "A-ha" moment, it made me feel satisfied. So every since then I try to help not only feel good about themselves but get stronger in the process to help their confidence.
