Former Anerican ballet theatre summer intensive instructor.
My yoga experience of practicing and teaching is vast. For over 15 years, I have guided over 6000 lessons of yoga. My students are if any age and have different skills and facilities. My style can vary on demand as I am using metacognitive learning aspects to get more out of every class. Hata poses , Vinyasa flows, pranayama breathing, restorative, power yoga or a mix is all available. Basic warmup and stretches help.
Master Yoga Instructor:
Masters degree (NYU) in dance and yoga movement education , 6 month New York University practicum of swimming and aquatic Yoga.
Certificates:
expert level certification in yoga
Pilated mat certified
AED, CPR.
