Here at AMMA we teach modern day tactics and skill sets to defend modern day attacks and threats. We focus on high intensity action to simulate a real life threat we teach easy to learn and hard to forgot tactics and concepts for anyone no matter size, gender, disability, age. Martial arts and self defense for everyone!
I enjoy the change self esteem and confidence when I see my students making progress that is the most fundamental and important part of martial arts is the way its makes you feel about your self.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To start off we figure out what the student(s) want to learn be it just self defense or if they want a more traditional approach. We also build the techniques and exercises around the student because everyone is different and unique in the way they move.
