I'm currently the only trainer on staff, I Offer experience having been Boxing for 21 years, MMA for 9 years. I'm Currently a Professional MMA Fighter so I have the experience and on Oct 12, 2018 I have graduated from Bryan University for Advance Personal Training with a NASM Certification, which let me offer the knowledge as well as experience to help all clients reach there goals. I also have experience with teaching kids, was a coach at a UFC gym in Austin,TX. I'm also served in the US Army so I have a marked slot of experience and training to share with my clients, fitness and training is my passion.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first meet with them and find out what there goals are,time frame and availability is to train as well find out about any health issues as well as all proper paperwork tht need to be completed as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Boxing 21 years, MMA 9 years and a Associates Degree here in October 12,2018 is when I graduated from Bryan university.
