Jason Ingwaldson has been an athlete his whole life. He enrolled into Martial arts at 5 and by the age of ten earned a Black Belt. By the age of fifteen won numerous Junior Olympic titles and by twenty years of age won many other Olympic level titles. Jason was presented the outstanding award as “Boxer of the Year” in 1997 following boxing legends Floyd Mayweather jr. & Oscar De La Hoya who also won this same title. Jason was rated #1 in the United States in 1997, 1998 and 1999 winning many national and international World titles and finished off his career with an outstanding record of over 150 wins. Jason is proudly in the Hall of Fame for amateur boxing.
Jason loves passing on his knowledge through an amazing non-contact boxing workout. Jason works with young children, adults who have special needs. Autistic, Down Syndrome, Arthrogryposis. Fragile X, HDHD as well as non-verbal. Whether it’s a boy, girl, mom or dad, grandma or grandpa. Jason is always ready. He also trains professional boxers, UFC fighters and other professional athletes as well.
