I offer individualized personal training in MMA, Boxing, and KickBoxing. I'm also currently a Bantamweight fighter in the UFC. Having coached highschool wrestling and a handful of beginning boxers, I'm focused on extending my own knowledge to others looking for their own skill development.
I enjoy seeing people want to better themselves and find joy when my clients see their own improvements. I believe building their own self confidence in one area can lead to many advantages in their personal and professional life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, the first few times we get together we do a basic skill assessment. From there I develop a basic program to enhance the foundation and build new skills on top of it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've coached high school wrestling in the past in the town I grew up. Also coached a handful of beginning boxers. I also build my own skills on a daily basis in my own training and career
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
-Signing up for lessons does require a gym membership which is $150, of course the weight room and entire facility is there for you to utilize with the membership whenever you please.
-While signing up through us and as long as you have a lessons package. With the monthly due you will get 2 free lessons
-Right now we're running some holiday specials till the end of the year.
---6 Lesson Package (2 sessions a week) $50 per lesson - $300 package
---10 Lesson Package (3 sessions a week) $40 per lesson - $400 package
---14 Lesson Package (4 sessions a week) $35 per lesson - $490 package
---No Package (Whenever) $55 per individual session
