Frequently asked questions

I usually take about 5-10 minutes asking the student what are his/her goals, is there any injuries I should be aware of before starting the session and I'd like to know if the student has any boxing experience prior to hire me.

I won the Gold medal in boxing at the 1992 summer Olympic in Barcelona ,Spain. I turned professional boxer in 1996 and became 4 time World champion in 2 different weigh classes. I won the WBC, WBA, WBO, IBF world championship belts, along with the Ring magazine belt. I retired from professional boxing in 2011 with a record of 38 wins (22 KO's), 6 losses and 1 draw

my introduction hour long lesson is $50,

$75/hr

$50/half hour

packages $650/10 sessions (hour)

$400/10 sessions (half hour)

$1,200/20 sessions (hour)

After I retired, I was invited into a couple world champion training camps, then I went on my own, got a coach license, I trained amateurs and pros in Miami, then I moved to Las Vegas in 2014 and coached at different gyms.

Amateur boxers, professional boxers, world champions, kids, all-levels, men, women, anybody who just want to get in the best shape of their lives

I get invited to a lot of boxing events, either cornering a fighter or just being a spectator. I am involved with the sport of boxing and attend many different events, conventions, hall of fame inductions, autograph signing etc..

I would advice you to do a research first, on the coach you want to hire, look at their credentials, and what do they bring into the sport of boxing. Boxing is my life and not every coach knows everything about it. I've seen many trainers who claim to know about the "sweet science" but make many mistakes and don't correct proper form. I think I am more than qualified to be anyone's coach.
