I'm a current mixed martial arts athlete and 2x Amma champion out of California. I love the sport and have over 6 years of experience. I've got a wide range of lessons I offer from beginner to intermediate. If your just trying to get in shape or you need to prep for an armature fight, I can definitely help.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start slow to ensure the safety of my students, I ask lots of questions Prior experience, injury, prior injury, regular exercise routine? Then I run over basics the important do's and dont's. I then show the student techniques and moves to practice at home. I evaluate how much the student can hold on to for the next session and go on from there.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Usually my training is set at $100 per hour I do give disscounts to first time students, collage disscount, and avalibility. I have specials like 3 sessions a week for $230 etc. If you pay for the entire month its 50% off. 6 sessions minimum.
