Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With new students, we like to get to know our client! At REBEL, we are a family that works hard, but we train smart! We find out if there is any issues that we should know about prior to ever having you perform any strenuous exercise. Then thru a series of warm up drills, dynamic exercise and mobility movements, make an assessment of what is going to be best for You! From there each session will begin to focus more and more on skill development, conditioning & self defense based on what you are signing up to learn!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been teaching for about one year now. I have 7 years of experience with professional mixed martial arts teams in Las Vegas. Purple belt in Duke Roofus Kick Boxing Association, grew up a wrestler, have extensive training in NOGI & a passion to help people! That's really how I got started! After progressing so far in my journey and losing 100+ lbs, I knew I wanted to give back!
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with children 5 & up, all the way to senior citizens. We welcome any and all students to join the family!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
As your trainer, I will personally be talking with you about your lifestyle choices. Diet, sleeping patterns, past injuries & previous experience.
*Free Tip* If you struggle with your diet, Start a food journal! And make it a goal to add more vegetables & fruits into your diet, by replacing one meal with them to start. BE HONEST! If you're not going to be honest with youself, then it's going to be impossible to break thru the barriers holding you back!
