I'm very versitile when it comes to helping clients meet their specific goals. I can be very clear and concise while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. I'm very punctual and have a strong desire to give clients the most knowledge and growth possible for every hard earned dollar they spend.
I love working with people from all walks of life. My true motivation behind coaching is to help others around me to build their self confidece or become inspired to strive for more. My greatest reward is getting to witness people realize their goals and having the opportunity to take part in the process.
I have been working out for years, but I wanted to learn proper striking and kicks and I also wanted to learn jiujitsu and ground work. Michael is one of the best teachers I have worked with on both. He teaches me proper form and I have noticed a huge difference in a short period of time on my punching power and the strength of my kicks. I feel amazing and I can’t wait for my next session with Michael!

If the client travels to me it is $45/hour. If the client needs me to travel to them it's not a problem at all and costs $75/hour
It first happened organically by just helping drilling partners with technique during practice and filling in for instructors and running classes of up to 30 students at Xtreme Couture Mixed Martial Arts.
All types from beginner to expert level of experience. From competing fighters to people just looking for some exercise or self defense. Children to the elderly. Those who are able bodied, as well as people with handicaps.
A student of mine successfully used both a complex submission as well as the defense for said submission in a live go during a class.
Make sure that the trainer makes you feel motivated, inspired, and most of all happy because thats the whole point of bettering ourselves.
