Cindy Lee Piano Studio

Cindy Jihyun Lee, a professional solo and chamber pianist, has masters degree from Manhattan School of music. She combines her performance experiences with strong academic background into her professional teaching career.

Cindy started playing piano at age 5 and placed in Korea Daily News Junior Piano Competition at age 9. She went on to one of the most prestigious music education courses in Korea and the U.S., through Sunhwa Art Schools, Yonsei University, & Manhattan School of Music as a piano, music composition, and accompanying majors always on top of the scholarly lists.

She has been teaching music from kindergarten to graduate school students. She taught solo piano, accompanying piano, and harmonics at many music colleges and universities. She also taught composition, ear teaining and music theory besides piano performance from her personal private studios. Her classes were always popular among students and many of her private students went on to top music colleges including Manhattan School of Music and Seoul National University.

She performed various recitals and chamber music performances at major concert halls in the U.S., Korea and Taiwan including the Carnegie Hall, KBS Hall, and the Seoul Arts Center. She also served jury in many major piano competitions.
