Professor Anderson aka ( Anderson Dias-Moreira ) has been training capoeira since he was 

 7 years of age. Throughout, the years Professor Anderson have also learned other martial arts style and mordern dance which enhanced his capoeira ability to teach capoeira and to be able to work with others in their difficulties, such as their motor skills, agility, flexibility, music skills and self- discipline.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Learning first and foremost what are their difficulties in exercising, secondly learn about their motor skills and goals

I am certify as a 3rd degree master level teaching certification thru the Brazilian Federation of Capoeira . 

Group fitness certification, women fitness Certication and CPR

The pricing is currently through the school in which I teach .

How did you get started teaching?

i started as a child in Brazil but only and truly began training when I met my Mestre in 1997 , that I began to learn capoeira and still training with the same master.

What types of students have you worked with?

Anyone who wants to learn from the age of 3 to 100 yrs of age.
