A native New Yorker, Amaury has been playing tennis since the age of 13 years old. He started playing in the South Bronx. As he progressed in his development soon after he retained a top ranking in the juniors. He was Ranked #3 in the boys 18 doubles, & #8 men's open divisions in 1997.
Along with making the Junior Team Tennis Nationals in 1998. He has been teaching tennis since 2000. Amaury has a great drive towards the sport, & enjoys helping other in the development of their game.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Pending on level of player, I would determine what area needs work to start the student on the path to success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a cerifiaction with the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) as an Instructor, along with high level tournament experience.
How did you get started teaching?
I starting teaching at the age of 18 with inner city kids via The New York Junior Tennis League (NYJTL).
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with Beginner, Intermiate, and Advanced players.
