What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out a little bit about the student first and then decide which path to take in order to teach them as best I can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a profesional chef for 30 years and have always taken pride in my ability to be a good teacher and mentor. Both my parents are teachers so its in my blood.

no standard pricing. It all depends on the class and the student.
How did you get started teaching?
As a chef, teaching is an integral part of the job. Sharing my knowledge and guiding someone properly brings me immense joy.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from my 12 yr old nephew to my 73 yr old mom. No matter the age, I can teach anyone to cook.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about exctly what you would like to learn. Whether it be something as basic as knife skills or as advanced as a beef wellington. You cannot cook at an advanced level if you don't have the basic skills.
