Jaime’s Personal Chef & Catering Services
About
My name is Jaime Jeffrey, and I bring with me my 15 years of professional culinary training and experience.
With a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, I am a self-taught food enthusiast with years of experience as a catering chef, pastry chef, cocktail chef, and a personal chef.
I worked for and with the best!
For six years, I worked as a pastry chef at Connie’s Bakery & General Store in Mount Kisco, NY alongside Executive Pastry Chef Simeon Manber, a former chef of Mario Batali’s Babbo.
Abigail Kirsch, one of Westchester’s most prestigious caterers for two years.
I have also worked at Beauty & Essex, one of New York City’s, gems hidden behind a pawn shop in the lower east side in Manhattan, NY, co-owned by Chef Chris Santos of Beauty & Essex, Vandal, and Stanton Social, not to mention the celebrity chef on the hit tv show Chopped. I currently work at Aureole a Charlie Palmer Michelin star restaurant located on 42nd street in Manhattan.
With a passion for food and a strong desire to prepare delicious, healthy and fresh meals, I want to bring a restaurant experience home to you.
