Training athletes throughout NY/NJ since 2018. As an instructor, I work to improve your skills and general fitness through learning the art form of boxing. I am still a student of the game and now invest in how to help others navigate the ring.
Sessions are dedicated to boxing-specific performance. Workouts include footwork drills, pad work, bag work, and physical conditioning. Learning punch mechanics, realistic movement, and overall boxing strategy is key.
