About
If you are interested in improving yourself as a performer then you have come to the right place!!! Teaching is a PASSION of mine. It feeds my soul to see a student successfully develop their performance skills. I would love to help you improve and hone your skills.
I love teaching because I love performing and I know what it takes to get out there in front of people and take a risk. This is the most rewarding job and I love to see my students grow.
I am a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and Actors Equity

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During our first lesson I will get to know you by asking about your previous training and experience and taking you through a series of exercies so that I can get to know your voice. I will also ask you to sing a song for me that you already know so that I can hear what you like to sing and hear your voice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Musical Theatre from Elon University and an MFA in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University. I have been teaching voice for 15 years now and I have been a performer for 18 years.
