I teach beginner rock, pop, country, and blues keyboard (all ages).

I have been studying piano and voice at the New City School of Music in New City, NY since Sept. 2023. I have been studying keyboard at School of Rock Rockland in Blauvelt, NY since March 2023. I studied keyboard at School of Rock Randolph in Randolph NJ in 2019. I studied dance (ballet and tap) for 15 years in my youth (Danceworks in Denville, NJ), musical theatre for 6 years and choir for many years (too many to count!)

I encourage all my students to choose pop, rock or country songs that they would like to learn. I use written material to teach but also incorporate learning to play by ear. Lessons are usually 30 minutes long and I encourage my students to practice at least 30 mins per day 3-5 days a week (long practice sessions are not necessary-and can even be counterproductive- for beginner students). Cost for lessons is $1/minute (30 mins, 45 min and 60 min lessons available).
