Customized individual training. I assess the individual strengths and weaknesses of each player and design custom practice sessions.

I love sports. I've been playing competitive sports since the age of 10 and I enjoy helping athletes build up their skills and confidence. Whether their success is small or large, it's great to know you helped that athlete achieve their goals. I've been coaching baseball and softball for many years and most recently began coaching basketball with good success. I gauge success by an athlete's progress, not wins and losses.
