I have been boxing for 16 years and coached a college boxing team for five years, leading them to two championships. You will get in shape, learn technique, and have fun!
Learn exercises, technique, and mental fight readiness to be ready for self-defense situations (or the ring if you wish to compete!)
I enjoy seeing the progress my students make in all aspects of their lives. Physically, students feel in better condition, but emotionally, students often leave with more confidence knowing they are learning real techniques that can be applied in self-defense (as well as in the ring).

Beginners to Advanced levels
Make sure you know if you want to learn actual boxing or simply get in shape through boxing. Either works for me, but some coaches may not be equipped to teach actual boxing technique.
