Jeffrey Douglas Mixed Martial Arts Training
About
I was thrown into the mixed martial arts world at the age of 11 and have actively trained since. This sport has been my life and my passion. I have a very broad capability when it comes to training whether you'd like to just get in shape, do it for fun, or are looking to pursue it in a serious manner. I am a very upbeat and charismatic person, looking to spread my knowledge and love for the sport as my trainers/role models did for me. If you'd like to meet and see if I'm the right fit for you, contact me via email [email protected] and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get to know my client. Everyone is unique and looking for certain results, it's hard to do that if you don't know the people you're working with. I have to become friends with my clients before I can develops a program. After that's established we can set some goals and start working!

Current trainer at title boxing club
How did you get started teaching?
I actually started helping at my gym when I was younger just with small things and eventually I was responsible for running the children's class as well as some of the adults. As time went on and I graduated from highschool I went into the work world. I hated it, so much that I left my job in the middle of my shift and started taking steps to become a full time trainer. That's when I landed my job at Title Boxing Club and I've never been happier.
What types of students have you worked with?
