Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student and I must speak over the phone to decide what the terms of the training will be. Then we will confirm the training locations and schedule based on how often they woud like to meet. We will discuss any pre-existing health conditions and determine what their fitness and/or skill level is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active Licensed Professional Boxer and Mixed Martial Arts fighter. I have been the Fight Team Captin and a peer coach for the last seven years. I am skilled and educated in many things related to sports and fitness, so it is hard to put a stamp on one thing. I promise you will be pleased with your results. Plus, come and enjoy watching me in the Professional Boxing ring! ** Two time MMA Bantom and Feather Weight Title holder. ** Golden Gloves Chamion
