Mary manages to combine sincerity and support with a great musical education. I thought that learning piano would be frustrating and stressful, but thankfully Mary is adept at making you feel at ease in front of an instrument that I personally had hardly ever touched before, let alone could play. For children and adults alike, Northwest Music Studio is just great. I never expected to enjoy music lessons as much as I am.

Frequently asked questions

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied instrumental music at the Ohio State University and the University of Rio Grande where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. In addition to teaching private lessons, I've taught elementary music, choir and band.

Adult lessons are $45 for 45-60 minute lessons

Kids & Teens lessons are $30 for 30 minute lessons
