When I first started taking lessons with Cynthia I knew absolutely nothing about music theory or even what the keys on the piano were. I had no idea what a scale or a chord was. A few weeks into my lessons I could sight read easy songs and play the chords for some of my favorite songs! Cynthia is a very patient teacher and is excellent at determining a students needs, and she is successful in giving you the foundations needed to learn and advance properly and at a steady pace. I appreciate her dedication and passion for music and Im grateful for her help in becoming the musician I am today!
