I myself began picking songs out on the piano when I was 3. My mother began teaching me when I was 3. I was discovered to have perfect pitch when I was 6.
Majored in piano in college. Also took computer programming later in a technical school.
I now combine many aids I have written in flash and java and Finale to help students learn.
