He maintains a busy performance schedule, composes music in a variety of genres and teaches guitar in the Oklahoma City area.
I have only did one class but it was fun. Instructor was very professional and class was in a nice quiet atmosphere!
Our son has taken classical guitar lessons with Michael for six years, and we continue to be impressed with Michael’s skill and patience as a teacher. He always looks for ways to motivate and encourage. Our son is now entering guitar competitions and because of his ability to play classically he is able to cross over into different styles easily. We are very thankful that we found such a wonderful guitar instructor!
We've been taking guitar with Michael for almost a year now. What I like most is his structured style of teaching. My son always leaves a lesson knowing exactly what to work on each week. The problem we've had with other guitar teachers is that there is no rhyme or reason to their teaching. The students are usually taught songs without any understanding of note reading or technique. Michael is different in this way. He is also very professional, reliable and takes a sincere interest in his students' progress. Finally, I love that he allows the students to perform in two concerts per year. It great to see them perform and it gives the students motivation to work hard and improve their skills. I would highly recommend Learn Guitar Correctly! 😊
The techniques used allowed my child to understand and pick up on immediately.
