What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to  consult with all of my new students via telephone conference, or video chat so I'm able to understand their needs, make sure theyre comfortable, and what they're looking to get out the programs we offer 😃

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Amatuer bantamweight mma champion, atlanta georgia, 8-0,

If you want realistic technique and legit striking, look no further. I am certified through the international sport science association for kickboxing, and cardio kickboxing, as well as studying for my nutrition and personal trainer certfication.

How did you get started teaching?

I began teaching kids, and found out that i really enjoyed it, and started making more money teaching than fighting so i began teaching adults.

What types of students have you worked with?

All walks of life from professional fighters to soccer moms, it doesnt matter i love it all.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Every day that i get to train

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Just make sure the person is professional, transparent, and positive.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What level of training they want, their budget, their fitness level, their level of seriousness, what type of training theyre really looking for vs what type of training they can handle. `
