We are able to offer private lesson rates at $50/per hour scheduled 1 day in advance, or if youd like to drop in short notice, its $20 to join in a class.
We do have monthly memberships for only $125 per month as well foryou to come to us, or we do offfer in home monthly memebrships for $250/per month, And we are very flexible when it comes to private lessons or scheduling or anything.
We offer Muay Thai, cardio orientated kcikboxing, dutch kickboxing, karate, western boxing, taekwondo, and a lot of other MMA orientated striking.
We love helping people be the best versionsof themselves possible by positively pushing each member to their maximum potential, but if i had to say our FAVORITE thing is watching the look on someones face do something they didnt know they could do,or think they could do!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to consult with all of my new students via telephone conference, or video chat so I'm able to understand their needs, make sure theyre comfortable,and what they're looking to get out the programs we offer 😃

If you want realistic technique and legit striking, look no further. I am certified through the international sport science association for kickboxing, and cardio kickboxing, as well as studying for my nutrition and personal trainer certfication.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching kids, and found out that i really enjoyed it, and started making more money teaching than fighting so i began teaching adults.
What types of students have you worked with?
All walks of life from professional fighters to soccer moms, it doesnt matter i love it all.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just make sure the person is professional, transparent, and positive.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What level of training they want, their budget, their fitness level, their level of seriousness, what type of training theyre really looking for vs what type of training they can handle. `
