I have been instructing group fitness since 2012 and privately training clients since co-founding Bridgetown Fitness in 2016. I was voted one of Portland's best fitness instructors by ClassPass in 2017. I incorporate several modalities from my fitness background including pilates, barre, strength training and stability work. I believe in low impact on the joints, yet high intensity in my workouts.
