PLEASE NOTE: I would prefer in- person lessons. I am an experienced piano teacher and enjoy teaching students of all ages and levels. I enjoy teaching adults and have several. I try to choose music that will be pleasing to the students I teach.
I have advanced degrees in music but I still enjoy teaching beginners.

Lois is a very accomplished pianist. Her teaching technique is positive, and she selects music that both challengess my abilities but is also achievable. Lois also provides music theory explanations on each piece which adds another layer of understanding as to how the piece should be played. I am so happy I selected Lois as my teacher. Lois’s love for music transfer to her teaching style and to me. I never enjoyed practicing so much. Thank you Lois.
