Lydia Michelle Piano Studios

Experienced piano teacher for 6 years and playing for about 20 years, I currently teach at my own piano studio (LMPS) as well as two other studios, specializing in the beginner/intermediate levels for all ages. I teach all genres of music and I'm flexible in having the student get to pick his/her favorite genre in learning their type of music. I mostly focus on building a strong foundation in first mastering solid, proper habits and techniques that are very essential in the very beginning of their studies in order to build their education in music to their full potential. And then I go over skills such as warm up techniques, emotional growth, hand coordination growth, music theory, sight reading, muscle memory, self-expression and more. I've always encouraged my students to be very dedicated and ambitious so that they would, again, succeed into their full, musical potential, goals and aspirations in their life.
