Singh Music Studio
About
I believe in encouraging students to express themselves creatively with our lessons. Learning should be informative but most importantly it should be fun and engaging. What else keeps us coming back for more?
I use the Piano Adventures lesson book series for my younger students as a base for learning with additional material provided by me based off of the unique needs from each student. My teaching approach with older and more advanced students are goal-based. I try to quickly identify motivators and musical influences from my students to better form individualized lessons.
While recieving my undergaraduate degree in music performance along with graduate level studies in music, I have been forming and cultivating a private music studio of 30+ students from Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD to Philadelphia where I currently teach. I have been teaching private music lessons for roughly nine years. I currently teach piano lessons at The Philadelphia School and I'm looking to offer my skills and services to new and seasoned musicians who are looking to start lessons.
