About
My name is Coach Francis Braza. I’ve been coaching boxing for 8 years now and have been in the fitness industry for 11 years. I am USA Boxing Certified (10-0, 8 record), I am also an NSCA-CPT and CPR/AED Certified. I Coached in many boxing gyms in Los Angeles California and was very blessed to have produced 2 collegiate champions in UCLA, where I coached from 2014-2017. I now reside in Pittsburgh PA, where I am continueing to teach this beloved craft from novice to professional level. All my clients are highly satisfied about their results and I would like to share these skills and help more people reach their fitness goals one punch at a time!
The most rewarding aspect about what I do is being able to build relationships with other human beings. When you establish this connection, people tend to share what their REAL goals are. It gives me the confidence to ask them WHY. Furthermore, as a Coach, there’s no better feeling than seeing your students or the people you’re working with succeed in attaining their goals, may it be in fitness, health, or life in general. Helping people will always be one of my passions and the people I work with definitely feel the care and attention that they deserve.
