All of our trainers have gone through extensive in house training for six weeks and then are sent to New York for testing by Franchise Trainors

How did you get started teaching?
Each instructor has their own story but all are interested in transforming the health and fitness of the members and ensure they, the members, have fun.
What types of students have you worked with?
The vast majority of our membership is female ranging in age from 18 to 62. They have different backgrounds, different goals and body types. The one thing in common is that they don't like box gyms.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have a member who came to us with bad hips and ankles and who was overweight. At the age of 55 she wanted to get back to running after not having run in over 20 years. Over the course of 12 months she lost 120lbs and is now running in half marathons.
