This is a father and son gym. I have a passion for boxing. I Started this gym in 1998. We offer personal one on one training and group classes.
I was a professional boxer for 11 years. I won the IBU WORLD TITLE, USBF TITLE and EBA TITLE. I boxed on the reality TV Show, The CONTENDER (season 2). I was injured in my backyard 6 years ago. Now my son Gary who is a professional MMA fighter and professional boxer runs the gym.
My son and I enjoy teaching and helping people stay healthy and achieve their goals.
