The Blooming Lotus Center: Music & Learning
About
I have taken lessons throughout my childhood at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School. My years of study continued into adulthood, as I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and also studied music from the University of Rhode Island. I have taken my psychology degree and found a way of uniquely combining it with music to be able to fully understand how to teach to all ages, depending on their development and individual learning style. I call myself a lifetime learner as I am always looking into furthering my education in and out of the classroom so that I can have all the tools for my students.
Each student that walks into my studio I see as a unique individual with different learning styles, certain talents, and goals that they want to achieve. I love learning all of these details about my students so that I can individualize their lessons and make music fun.
